There will be no refund after you have downloaded any template file. All sales are final except as listed on our Policies page. We are listing our End User License Agreement so you can see before you buy.

Your download is expressly limited to one download per "Soft Good" purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to save the download file(s) to a safe location on one computer hard drive and to then make one copy on removable media such as a CD or diskette for backup purposes only.
